Spine Action Ltd. fully complies with the provisions of Law 4990, “Protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law – Incorporation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 (L 305) and other urgent regulations.” and has designated a Y.P.P.A., who operates as an internal reporting channel in the company. The reporting party has, if he wishes, the possibility of being informed about the progress and outcome of the report by the Y.P.P.A., provided that he leaves his contact details (e-mail) in the Report Submission Form. Submitting your details is not mandatory. You can submit your report anonymously. The information provided in either the named or anonymous report will remain confidential.
