The continuous quality improvement in all activities, from all employees, constitutes the Quality Policy of Spine Action and is uninterrupted part of operational planning and organisational objectives.

The company’s Quality Management System satisfies the requirements of international standard EN ISO 9001: 2015, the Ministerial Decision DY8 / 1348/2004 and Gov. 383/Β’, 08/02/2018

The application and operation of the Quality System are checked in regular time spaces so that the correspondence of company in customer’s needs and their successful satisfaction are ensured.
