Quality Policy

The continuous quality improvement in all activities, from all employees, constitutes the Quality Policy of Spine Action and is uninterrupted part of operational planning and organisational objectives.

The company’s Quality Management System satisfies the requirements of international standard EN ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 37001:2017the Ministerial Decision D3(a)4822/2025 and Gov. 448/Β’, 23/01/2024.

The application and operation of the Quality System are checked in regular time spaces so that the correspondence of company in customer’s needs and their successful satisfaction are ensured.

The policy of SPINE ACTION is the complete satisfaction of its customers’ requirements by providing high-quality and safe products, supported by the provision of high-level services from adequately and appropriately trained personnel. The primary objective is to maintain and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Management System and to comply with relevant legislation (Ministerial Decision D3(a)4822/2025) and the standards EN ISO 9001:2015 & 13485:2016.

Within the framework of the Quality Policy, Management sets key objectives, which are reviewed periodically and aim to:

  • Improve the quality of the services/products provided, at the lowest possible cost.
  • Provide safe products for healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Improve customer service speed.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Confirm that the company’s processes operate effectively and efficiently.

To implement the Quality Policy, the company is committed to operating under the following principles:

  • Genuine and substantial application of the Quality Management System within the framework of the standards EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 13485:2016, and relevant legislation.
  • All employees are fully informed about the company’s Quality Management System and responsibly ensure its implementation, under the supervision and guidance of the Quality Management Representative. Each employee is responsible for the quality of their work and its continuous improvement.
  • The company provides all necessary resources (equipment, materials, training) to achieve quality and safety objectives.
  • All actions that may affect quality are planned and executed according to established procedures based on the process-oriented approach of the Quality Management System.
  • All control data is analyzed and used as part of a continuous effort to maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
  • The company has appointed a Quality Management Representative who reports to Management and has the authority and organizational independence to ensure that the Company’s Quality Management System functions and is maintained in accordance with the aforementioned international Quality Standards and legislation.
